Using SOCASH

  1. Search for SOCASH onGoogle PlayorApp Store
  2. Click Install or Get and sign up with SOCASH
  3. Want more Rewards? Go to Menu > Promo Code and insert the code

  1. Click Menu > Payment
  2. Select a bank account or e-wallet as your default payment method
  3. To withdraw cash, go to Home > select amount, shop location, and follow the in-app steps

Using SOCASH with DBS digibank | POSB digibank (Scan & Pay)


  1. Ensure that you have installed DBS/POSB digibank App on your phone
  2. In the SOCASH App, go to Menu > Payment and select payment method as DBS Bank > Scan & Pay or POSB Bank > Scan & Pay
  3. Select amount and confirm shop
  4. Tap on Scan & Collect and scan SOCASH QR displayed on the merchant device.
  5. Switch to your DBS or POSB digibank App and scan the PayNow QR displayed on the merchant device.
    6. Hint:
      IOS : Login screen > Scan & Pay
      Android : Login into digibank App > Pay & Transfer> Scan & Pay
  6. Success! Collect cash and earn rewards


Using SOCASH with OCBC Pay Anyone


  1. Download & Register on OCBC Pay AnyOne App
  2. Choose OCBC Pay Anyone as payment option in the Payment screen( from SOCASH App menu)
  3. Choose amount and confirm shop location
  4. Approve and complete payment when you are redirected from SOCASH App to OCBC Pay Anyone App((login using access code PIN/ Face ID/Touch ID)
  5. Scan QR code at the shop and collect cash


Using SOCASH with ICBC Mobile Banking


  1. Ensure that you have installed ICBC mobile banking App on your phone
  2. In the SOCASH App, go to Menu > Payment and select payment method as ICBC
  3. Select amount and confirm shop
  4. Approve and complete payment when you are redirected from SOCASH App to ICBC mobile banking App
  5. Scan QR code at the shop and collect cash


Using GETCASH in Standard Chartered mobile App

  1. Tap on 'Get Cash'
  2. Enter an amount. Select a shop near you and tap on 'Get Cash'
  3. Tap on 'Confirm' to authenticate the transaction
  4. Present the QR code generated on your device for the merchant to scan
  5. Receive transaction confirmation and collect your cash

SOCASH App will no longer be supporting DBS iBanking payment method for cash withdrawal effective March 21,2021
